1 Chairman of the Laboratory
  1. Lead and coordinate all activities of the planning, implementing and controling of activities in the laboratory.
  2. Coordinate service activities, both internal (faculty and students TE FTUB) and external (user / community)
  3. Coordinate development activities, in relation to the development of science in the field of telecommunications.
  4. Coordinate activities related documentation storage of evidence / data supporting all technical and administrative activities of the laboratory
  5. Evaluate and make periodic reports to the Head of Department
  6. To provide guidance to the administration and management of laboratory staff
2 Research Departments
  1. Planning, implementing and controlling the activities of research development in the telecommunication laboratory
  2. Gathering as much information as possible related problems and a growing need in the community, in order to follow up the research activities
  3. Train students to develop the scientific research activities popular / applicative
  4. Designing the development needs of the laboratory
  5. Draw up periodic reports of research development field
3 Education Departments
  1. Planning, implementing and controlling the activities of education, both internal (faculty and students TE FTUB) and external (user / community)
  2. Handle educational activities, ranging from the preparation, implementing and reporting those activities
  3. Handle the preparation material / teaching materials / education modules
  4. Designing the needs of educational services in the laboratory
  5. Arrange periodic reports field of educational services
4 Consecration Department
  1. Planning, implementing and controlling the activities of devotion, both internal (faculty and students TE FTUB) and external (user / community)
  2. Handle service activities, ranging from the preparation, implementation to reporting activities
  3. Handle the preparation material / teaching materials / service module / training
  4. Designing a dedication service needs in the lab
  5. Arrange regular reports dedicated field service / training
5 Public and Services Department
  1. Maintain and care for all the equipment in the lab
  2. Maintain cleanliness and order lab
  3. Making the arrangement and fireplace inventory items that exist in the laboratory
  4. Helping all the activities carried out in the laboratory, good service, development and documentation
  5. Planning, implementing and controlling the activities of documentation, both technical and administrative
  6. Handling drafting all manual laboratory procedures
  7. Handling reception, recording and storage of equipment by students / faculty
  8. Designing a facility or infrastructure requirements documentation
